The dawn of the gods
At the beginning of the world, two deities were born from humanity's most primal desires: Eros, god of love, and Aphrodite, goddess of passion. As civilizations grew and desires multiplied, more and more gods came into being — each one a mirror of the hopes, fears, and longings of the people who worshipped them.
For a time, the divine court flourished. But ambition breeds conflict, and the pantheon soon tore itself apart. What followed became known as the Great War of the Gods, a cataclysm that shook the foundations of the world itself.
Betrayal and the ancient Relic
Eros emerged from the Great War victorious, but his triumph was short-lived. Aphrodite, the very goddess who had once stood beside him, betrayed him. Sealed away inside an ancient Relic, the god of love was cast out of the world, and the age of the gods came to an end.
In the centuries that followed, the continent of Dienne was left to its own devices. Kingdoms rose and fell, cities were built over the ruins of older ones, and the divine was slowly reduced to myth and legend. Yet the Relic endured, hidden and waiting, holding a god in chains.
The scholar who broke the seal
Millennia later, a young scholar of ancient societies named Inase devoted her life to studying the relics of the old world. Her goal was personal: to find a way to bring her beloved back from the dead. In her search, she stumbled upon the sealed Relic and, by accident, broke the seal that held Eros captive.
The moment the god of love opened his eyes, his power was gone and his memories were shattered. Fragments of his former self were scattered across Dienne, hidden in the same Relics that the mortals now hunted. To reclaim his strength, Eros needed allies — and he found them in the goddesses who answered his call.
A journey to reclaim a throne
Together with Inase and a growing harem of goddesses, Eros sets out across Dienne. Each chapter of the story uncovers another piece of his past, another Relic to claim, and another goddess to win over. The path is long, and Aphrodite's shadow looms over every step of it.
The story of Rise of Eros is told through rich dialogue scenes, cinematic battles, and intimate character episodes that deepen as your bonds grow. It is a story about love in every sense — romantic, devoted, possessive, and redemptive — and it is far from over.
